An important program of Advocates organized by JIH in Vikas hall LIG colony Kurla. where 38 lawyers and total of 80 people participated in the Program “Uniform Civil And Muslim Personal Law” this program was held to uniform Muslim lawyers to work in there profession with in the light of Qur’an under Indian constitution rules as well as rules make by our God in Qur’an not beyond that. Chief Guest of the Program was “Adv. Saeed Akhtar”

This program start with recitation of The Holy Qur’an. Followed an inaugural Session by Adv. Shahood Anwar Naqvi. He told about the alarming situation of Nation and need for honest lawyers and their responsibilities, understanding and benefits of personal law and work under Islamic rules which is told in Holly Qur’an.

Honorable chief guest of the program started with historical origin of civil court from Mughal era to British rules and from British rules till now. In his speech he also emphasis on Muslim Adv. that they must be work under Qur’an which is the Law made by our lord and also work under Indian constitution

He also lamented about Religious leader and Society intellectual’s. Also requested  lawyers to research on various court matters to fullest in the light of the holly Qur’an. There was a Question Answer session also in which lawyers asked the questions.

Advocate Sharif asked different organization to come together and forget all their fights and disputes.

In the end of program decided to form a loose lawyer forum where different lawyers come together and their meeting should be held regularly.
