Iftaar for communal harmony and brotherhood

Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Tagore Nagar organized an Iftar feast today at Sai Prakash Banquet Hall, Vikhroli East, in which participants from different communities was considerably good. A large number of people from Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist and Jain communities attended the programme.
This Iftar feast was organized to promote the better understanding among people of the different communities. Jamaat e Islami Hind is striving for the communal harmony in the country for the past several years by organizing such type of programmes.  Today’s Iftar party was for that very purpose.  On the occasion copy of Marathi Quran was also presented to the people of non-Muslim communities.
