JIH Kurla organized a free legal advice program “legal AID clinic” where more than 60 people participated. The program was very successful which held in Vivek school kurla east. Chief Guest was “Tehwar Pathan, adv. Ishrat khan, Adv. Shahud Anwar, adv. Abdul Rab, ADV. Faizan, Adv. Amanatullah khan along with other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
The Intention of the program was to show what our attitude should be to recent uniform law for civil code. Indian penal code was explained in a simplified manner to the very attentive audience.
Simple example of lodging a Fir procedures, recent cases were explained with massage that police are our protection and what are the power of a common man. Further RTI query procedure and information to be extracted were also explained.
