Many small businesses have managed to gain competitive advantage over well established big businesses which can afford high end technologies. Business owners need to know how to use technology to serve their customers on time and to deliver what customers need. Demand is a powerful force in business growth, so a business has to satisfy its customer’s demands and needs on time. Having the best technology will not guarantee business success; you must also know how to use that technology. some of these technologies are free, while others you will need to spend some money to use them.
