Speaking at the NSS camp by Kalsekar College this morning, Dr. Parvez Mandviwala encouraged the cadre to pursue a higher ideal of truth and justice instead of wasting their lives after lame pursuits. Between the lines, he also explained how the youth is deceived into taking up substance addiction and how hatred and disharmony is cultivated in society by anti-social elements. He reminded the students that they were all children of Adam and Eve and hence brothers unto each other. He urged them to reject divisive forces and come together to make this world a better place.
It is germane to note that Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Mumbai and Islamic Information Centre are currently conducting a campaign #NafratKaNash_ManavtaKaVikas on Socio-religious harmony, and this lecture was also a part of their relentless endeavour in this direction.
