On occasion of World TB Day MSS & JIH, KURLA have conducted TB awareness progamme in MP school. 65 students were present. Charts showing causes precaution and consecuenses of TB were displayed and explained to the student. Dr. Azeem the hounoury pediatrician delivered a lecture detailing the mode of infection of extra and intra-pulmanary TB their causes prevention and treatment were explained. The hazardous effect of stopping the treatment in between leading to MDR and XDR TB were cautioned. After question answer session the programme concluded successful.
