Hajj training camps for women organized by JIH Woman’s Wing
Encircling Kabaa and sacrifice are key practice of Prophet Ibrahim – Dr. Sabiha Khan
The final Prophet of Islam, Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) ordered the Muslims to follow the religion of Prophet Irabhim (Peace Be Upon Him). There are several events happening in the life of Prophet Ibrahim and his family has been included as compulsory practices of performing Hajj. He has stood for the message of worshiping one God, which was followed by rest of the prophets including the final Prophet as well. Prophet Ibrahim and his son Ismail were two people who had built the Kaba (mosque in Mecca) and they kept circling admiring the construction. God liked this activity keeping the practice as an important aspect of performing Hajj. These were the views that were shared by the president of JIH Woman’s Wing in the Hajj Training workshop conducted by them.
The training programs were conducted by the ladies both at Al Falah Building in Mominpura and Markaz-e-Islami Nagpur. The practice of sacrifice of Prophet giving the life of his son has been kept as an important practice of Hajj which is carried out to present and sacrifice in God’s name during the Hajj. Ayesha Quadri of Alhuda Institute and Rumana Kausar of Jamiatul Mominat were the two who presented the journey of Hajj through the PPT in the East and the West units of the ladies wing of JIH respectively. The session then followed by the Question and Answer session, which was handled by the two ladies. The programs concluded with the vote of thanks by the Kausar and Faozia Khan respectively. Both the programs were attended by a good amount of ladies making the programs successful.
