After a spiritually charged month of fasting it was time for celebrations of eid. On the 25th of August 2013 the women’s wing of JIH organised a children’s eid party, as many as 70 children aged between 5-13 years attended the party.
Beginning with recitation of the holy Quran children had activities such as skit performance, speeches on various topics, naats and nasheeds .GIO organised small games for the children and the children had a great time with all the activities.
The party was a success and the children were given gifts and snacks, special gifts were given to those children who tried to do maximum good deeds during Ramadan such as fasting the whole month, reciting Quran, attending tarawee prayer, obeying elders, speaking the truth etc.
The children enjoyed the celebrations of the auspicious day and were guided to attend the children’s circle classes.
