SIO Mumbai had set up Counseling centers at different places in Mumbai such as Vikhroli, Kurla, Grant Road, Kandivali, Malad, Mira Road, & Virar.

The schedule of Counseling Sessions was uploaded at SIO Mumbai blog as well as circulated to many students through Facebook and Whatsapp.
Between the dates 16-20th June, a total of 9 counseling sessions, each of 3 hrs duration, were conducted at different locations across Mumbai for the proper guidance of the students. The Kulra unit had organized 20-day Career Counseling session from 1st june to 20th June at SIO Mumbai Head office, Kurla and Malvani unit had organized 2 career guidance lectures in different schools of Malvani.

Also an Online helpline number was launched for the Career Guidance and Counseling of the students and was circulated through Social media.
Many doubts and questions of the students were solved.
Expert Counselors helped the students to select proper Career and guided to a clear path.
“Career guidance and counselling is very important as lack of knowledge and experience or poor self analysis can result in improper selection of courses which can affect a student’s career in the long run. Students must seek expert advice and should not opt for a course only on the basis of advertisement and glamour, peer and family pressure”, said Ali Imran, Career Counseler at SIO Mumbai.
