Akola

A one-day teachers training program took place at Akola on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The response of the same can be gauged with the attendance of 65 teachers Akola and Akot schools in this camp. The program was organized by Education Department, JIH Maharashtra.
The cardinal role played by a teacher was emphasized upon. The importance of the teacher fulfilling a great responsibility, being a mentor and reformer to the younger generation, and helping to build the foundation for tomorrow’s society is obvious for everyone. Preserving the values and promoting virtues along with eliminating the vices at tender age are key to success of one’s efforts.
Key challenges faced by the group were discussed and solutions of the same from an Islamic point of view were looked upon.
It was urged to be a role model for society so that intelligentsia of the society takes up this profession and we are able to raise a cadre of competent teachers who are of the best moral character.
