400 Beneficiaries availed Benefit of Free Eye Checkup Camp organized by MSS

Jamaat-e-Islami Hind,Nagpur, organized Free Eye Checkup Camp in collaboration with Medical Service Society of India,(MSS),Nagpur Unit at Al -Shifa Charitable Clinic cum Education Guidance Center in Taj Nagar,Mankapur. At the inaugural programme of the Free Eye Checkup Camp Prof Ayyub Khan, stressed that “The worship of Almighty Allah and the service to humanity are complementary and are indispensible in Islam.” while reciting the verse from the Holy Quran.
Soon after the inaugural programme, Free Eye Checkup Camp began and eyes of 400 people were checked out of them 125 were distributed spectacles free of cost and 50 patients were diagnosed cataract affected and they would be operated free of cost too.Dr Arun Dudhani, a famous ophthalmologist, and Dr.Deepa Dudhani of Akhand Eye Hospital, Mankapur rendered their service for this noble cause. As many as 400 residents of Mankapur availed the benefit of this camp. Free distribution of medicine was also made at the camp.
Hafiz Shakirul Akram Falahi in the inaugural ceremony recited the verse of the holy Quran stressing if the eyes of man being affected so he could not enjoy the beauty of the world and if the eyes of his heart being affected his life of this world as well as the life of another world being spoilt.
Dr. Naeem Niyazi, Dr. Muhammed Shafee Khan, Dr.Kashaf Khan and Dr. Adnan Khan were present prominently in this camp and Bilal Ahmad,Abdul Mateen, Kabeeruddeen Khan and Pharmacist Shahnawaz Khan and Ansar Ahmad also gave their services to make this camp a successful one.
The programme was compered by Intakhab Alam and Shad Ahmed. Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Naeem Niyazi,President MSS.
