Uniform Civil Code in Malwani
In an effort to foster understanding and promote informed discussions on the topic of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), a highly anticipated UCC Awareness Session was organized by Jamat e Islami Hind Malwani at Metro Banquet Hall Mhada, total 55 people attended the lecture
Mumbai APCR President & renowned lawyer Adv. Ab. Karim Pathan was the guest speaker who captivated the audience with his insightful perspectives and extensive knowledge on the subject.
Adv. Pathan skillfully addressed the topic of UCC with its history of pre-independence, He also stressed the misconceptions surrounding the UCC, emphasizing the importance of informed discussions and dispelling fears by presenting a balanced view of the topic.
Maulana Rizwan Nadwi Sahab also delivered a thoughtful talk on the Importance of Sharia and hikmah behind every Islamic law.
Throughout the session, a lively exchange of ideas took place, allowing participants to voice their concerns, seek clarifications, and engage in constructive dialogue. Adv. Pathan patiently answered questions, providing legal insights and citing relevant examples to illustrate his points.
