JIH Kurla registered a final punch in their fortnight long campaign on “Peace & Humanity”, with a Kavi Sammelan, held at Vinoba Bhave community hall, this evening.
The Kavi Sammelan kick started with the inaugural address of Dr Saleem Khan, who also presided over this event.
Pandit Sagar Tripathy, Chairman, Prithvi group of companies, compering the event, kept the audience adhered to the entire program with his rhymic style.
Twenty poets, including Mr Avinash Dixit, have emotionally warmed the sammelan with their melodious poetries.
All poets who presented their works were presented with mementos.
The event concluded with honoring of Mr Rajkumar Chaplot Jain with Sadbhavna award.
Mr Aslam Ghazi, Secretary, APCR, patronized the Kavi Sammelan.
