Youth Wing conference by JIH Nagpur
India is known for its youth population. They deserve a quality education and skill-based training. They should get respectable employment and quality life.These views were expressed by Maulana Mohammed Ilyas Falahi in his presidential speech at Youth conference organized by Youth wing JIH at Qidwai Ground, Lashkari Bagh, Nagpur.By citing references from Islamic scriptures. He stressed on imparting moral education among youth to make them responsible towards society and country.
He quoted the hadees that the Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said, “Take advantage of five before five:
your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your richness before your poverty, your free time before your business, and your life before your death.” He said regarding the Hadith ” youth before your old age…Take advantage of your youthfulness with worship and obedience to Allah while you have the ability and before you have to regret your negligence. Young age is a period of activity when the body is strong and able to worship Allah. Be mindful that youthfulness disappears quickly. It’s similar to a dream that a person doesn’t feel remorseful for until he wakes up.
Ex-National President SIO Azharuddin expressed concerned of depressed Muslim youth in the international scenario. He emphasized on incorporating Islamic moral values in daily life for maintaining modesty.He said the youth should not act as a passive listener rather they should engage in social activities proactively. Rizwanurahman Khan (JIH Islamic Society), Md Shehzad Naved ( Zonal Member Youth wing Maharashtra), Dr. Asifuzzman Khan ( District President JIH Nagpur), Irshadurrahman Khan (Sec. JIH Nagpur) and Dr. Anwaar Siddiqui (City President Nagpur) were present at the stage. The conference was started with Qur’an recitation by Shujaddeen Khwaja followed by the inaugural speech of Dr. Anwaar Siddiqui. Anas Nabeel of Idara-e-adabe Islami presented poem and Shahid Baig has sung Tarana. The conference was anchored by Faizanurrahman Khan and vote of thanks was expressed by Raees Ahmed. The conference was attended by a large number of youngsters.
